Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. You'll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post volumes.

Packaging

Your artwork is our priority. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely:

• Wrapped in bubble wrap for protection
• Packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box
• Labelled as Fragile for careful handling

Damaged in Transit?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at positiveoutcomes365@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll sort it out for you.
